RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To begin the return or exchange process, please fill out the form below. We will follow up by email with a prepaid return shipping label within one business day.
If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please fill out the form below so that we can reserve the item for you (inventory permitting). You will be notified if the item requested is available.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. All items must be unworn with tags still attached. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be reflected on your statement once it arrives back to our facility.
We are happy to refund sale items or facilitate an exchange request, inventory permitting.
Items marked as final sale are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
We offer price adjustments on all full-priced items that have gone on sale within 14 days of the original purchase. This only applies towards full priced items permanently marked down.
In-store returns of items purchased online must include the original invoice. Returns of online purchases without an invoice will not be eligible for in-store return.
